About the University
Trnava University in Trnava (Trnavská univerzita v Trnave, TrUni) is one of the oldest universities in Slovakia, with a history dating back to the 17th century. Today, the university successfully combines historical heritage with modern educational standards. TrUni is especially popular among students interested in humanities and legal sciences, as well as theology and healthcare.

How to Apply as a Foreign Student?

Life in Trnava
Trnava is a cozy, safe and green city, perfectly suited for students. Everything is within walking distance: university, housing, cafes, shops and cultural events. The city is often called the 'little Rome' for its many historic churches and the atmosphere of antiquity.
The cost of living is significantly lower than in Bratislava or other European capitals. Renting a dorm or room will cost 120–200 euros per month, travel with ISIC — about 10 euros, and student meals — inexpensive and affordable.
